Q. I have forgotten my Username or Password?

Q. I have forgotten my Username or Password?

A. To request a new password, please use the 'Forgot your Password?' link on the login page of your website.

Note: You must have entered a valid e-mail address during registration to avail of this facility.

1. On the Login page, click the 'Forgot your password?' link, enter your e-mail address on the form provided and click the Submit button. If the e-mail address is valid, you will be told that you will receive an e-mail with your new Password.

2. When you receive your User Name and Password, enter your User Name and new Password on the Login page to gain access to the site.

3. You will be brought to the edit profile page, where we suggest you change your Password to something you can remember easily.

4. Click 'Submit' when you are finished editing your profile. You will be logged in and ready to start learning.

Note: The exact behaviour of the 'Forgot your password?' feature will differ depending on the configuration of your website.

Q. After I log in, nothing happens when I try to launch the tutorial.

A. Pop-up blockers may be installed on your PC. Please view the 'Are you Ready' page to check if pop up blockers are enabled on your PC.

Any Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. toolbars, as well as your browser may have inbuilt pop-up blockers. Some versions of Norton Anti-Virus also have pop-up blockers/ad blockers. These must be disabled when accessing the site.

Our product uses JavaScript to launch, and this may be blocked on the network by a proxy server or firewall. If you are experiencing this problem everywhere on the network, you should contact your IT department to check if JavaScript is blocked at the network level.

Q. The tutorials launch, but the pop-up window is blank.

A. Please view the 'Are you Ready' page to check if the browser version you are using complies with the recommended settings to run Intuition products.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 without any service packs installed is a common cause of this problem. You can check the version of IE on the Help, About Internet Explorer page.

Q. It is a while since I accessed the site and I can’t remember what training I did.

A. When you log into the site, click the 'My Progress' button at the top of the page. This will show you what you have studied to date.

Q. I've finished the tutorial, but the dot on the My Learning page does not change colour.

A. When a tutorial has been started, the dot will change to orange to indicate that it is in progress. When every screen of the tutorial has been viewed, the dot will change to red to indicate that it has been completed. Sometimes, it takes a few seconds for the screen to load and register the tutorial as having been viewed. Please refresh your browser screen to update the status indicator.

Q. I can't install Flash.

A. Even though Flash is a free download from http://www.macromedia.com/downloads , some machines don't have the necessary permissions to download it. Contact your IT department about downloading the software.

Q. Sometimes when I come back to my training after having left the application open, I have to log back in. Is my tracking lost?

A. No. If you are logged in but are not actively using the product for a period of time, the system will automatically log you out. You must log in again to re-enter the product. The tracking will continue once you re-enter.

Q. I would like to continue my study away from my computer, is it possible to print the tutorial?

A. You can use the 'Print this topic' link on the first page of each topic in the tutorial to print the text and images from the topic.

Q. Is it possible to book-mark a tutorial page?


A. Because you need to be logged in to the website to view tutorials, you can not use browser bookmarks. You can return to the last page you viewed on each tutorial by using the Resume Study button on the main tutorial menu.
